Rinas Systems
The innovative model-based concept of the Rinas software packages
makes them applicable to a wide range of applications. This is achieved
through collection and combination of the relevant variant of each of the models
individually for each specific
application.
Automatic
Collision Avoidance
One of the main
advantages of Rinas systems for off-line programming of robots is that the
off-line generation of collision-free robot programs is
fully automated! Depending on the task complexity, the programming
efficiency ratio may even be as high as 1:100 - One hour unattended
computer-based generation can produce up to 100 robot working hours!
One-piece
Production
Because of the
extreme robot program generation efficiency, the Rinas systems are ideally
suited for one-piece production.
Basically the
Rinas systems are divided in two parts:
The Off-line system, where all work preparation from import of
CAD-data to generation of ready-to-execute robot programs, and
The On-line system, where the robotized production is fully
controlled and monitored.

The Rinas Systems are developed by the
same development team, who originally
designed and developed the well-known ROBIN and ROBIN97 systems.
