ROBIN Reference List

The ROBIN system was a macro-based system, developed mainly focusing on the robotized welding process in the shipbuilding industry.

The development took place in the period 1988-1999 and has been implemented for welding of micro-panels and double bottom blocks at the following shipyards:

• Kværner Florø, Norway

• Kværner Kleven, Norway

• Kværner Masa-Yards, Turku, Finland

• Odense Steel Shipyard, Denmark
